Organisers
This event is organised by the Planting Collective group, which is made up of Acts 29, AMiE, Co-Mission, City to City (the London Project) and FIEC.
Refunds/Cancellation
Ticket cancellations must be made in writing to events@co-mission.org. Full refunds will be offered for cancellations made up to four weeks before the event. Within four weeks of the event, we are unfortunately not able to offer any ticket refunds but you can transfer your ticket to another person. Please email events@co-mission.org if you wish to do so.
Filming/Photography
Portions of this event may be captured by both photographs and/or audio/video. By attending the event, all attendees confirm that they are happy for footage & photographs taken during the event to be used to publicise future events and the Planting Collective generally. The Planting Collective group owns the copyright in all such material and reserves the right to use this material for promotional purposes.
Programme
The Planting Collective group reserves the right to change any of the speakers and programme details without notice.
Data & Privacy
The Planting Collective group will not provide attendees’ details to third parties other than in accordance with The Planting Collective group’s legal obligations. We will only use the personal data that you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy and for use for this event.

Your information is collected by Co-Mission, on behalf of the Planting Collective, for processing the event. Delegates will receive email confirmations and further details about the Planting Collective. Please see the privacy policy of Co-Mission for further information.
